About BeeTools

BeeTools is a collection of 16 free online utilities. The goal is narrow and specific: when you need to format a JSON payload, shrink a photo, merge two PDFs or work out a percentage, you should be able to do it in a few seconds, on any device, without creating an account or watching an interstitial.

How it works

Most tools here run entirely in your browser. Modern browsers ship with genuinely capable APIs — Canvas for images, Web Crypto for randomness, typed arrays for binary data — and for the kind of work these tools do, a server round-trip adds latency without adding capability.

The practical consequence is a privacy one. When compression happens on your own device, your photo is never transmitted, so there is no copy of it on our disk, no log entry, and nothing for us to leak or be compelled to hand over. Tools that work this way are marked with a lock icon and say so explicitly on their page.

We are careful not to overstate this. If a tool ever needs a server to do its job, its page will say so plainly rather than borrowing the privacy claim from the tools next to it.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no free tier, trial or paywalled export. The tools are supported by advertising, which we keep out of the way — never between you and the control you came to use, and never as an interstitial or pop-up.

Accessibility and performance

Every tool is built to work with a keyboard, to be usable with a screen reader, and to meet WCAG AA contrast. Pages are pre-rendered and each tool is code-split, so opening the word counter doesn’t download the PDF library.

Some questions genuinely need a server — IP geolocation, reverse DNS and ASN lookups all require querying live data sources. Rather than build a half-version of that here, we point you at IPGet, a separate product built specifically for IP intelligence.
